This week I am sharing an overview of the three phases of the caring journey, what aspects of caring each one is likely to cover, why it is useful to know what challenges each phase might bring and finally, some resources, activities and exercises, to support you as you enter and transition between them.

For this festive post, I hope you can join me in celebrating how special you are, in caring for a loved one, often without recognition. Wherever you are in the world, the act of caring for another human being, is one of the most powerful and activities we are capable of.
In this post, I will be talking about how loneliness can affect anyone, even when you are not alone but as a carer you can feel even more isolated and lonely. I then provide some suggestions for how to reduce a sense of loneliness.
